Laura and George have each spent hundreds of hours on the phone with parents and students over the past 5 or 6 years discussing ACT Test preparation and we have put some of these discussions into a video interview format to help you as parents and students to better understand the ACT test and our process for improvement. Join us in this discussion, we hope it answers most of your questions.
As colleges place more emphasis on the ACT and SAT tests for admission &
scholarships, it becomes increasingly important that students score well. The
ACT is not the only determining factor for admission into a school, but it
is most definitely influential in the decision/consideration process. Typically,
most students desire an ACT composite of 21, and most scholarship opportunities
start at a 29; however, the numbers may vary somewhat from school to school.
